Ann Marie who answered my call when making my appointment took so much time to just listen to me with compassion and it meant the world to me. I was greeted with the same kindness by the whole staff when I arrived. Dr Bob’s bedside manner is amazing. That is so important to me. He took the time to listen! His knowledge before even looking at my scans was impressive. Did I mention I’m petrified of the dentist. I was so calm thanks to Dr Bob. I was referred to Dr Bob by my parents who sang high praise when it came to him. I had been to 2 different dentists with no answers. Finally Dr Bob gave me answers and I’m so grateful. I look forward to seeing Dr Bob in the future. I also wanted to mention I drive almost 2 hours to see him. When you find someone good, better yet great at what they do and have such wonderful bedside manner and care. It is well worth the drive. "This is a top-notch dental practice. I had an amazing experience when I had my teeth cleaned by the hygienist, Jessica, at my initial visit a few weeks ago. She is very friendly, professional, and she took the time to explain what she was doing before she performed several x-rays. She did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth! The office itself is very clean and everyone is extremely friendly. When it was time to see Dr. Bob after my cleaning, he did an excellent job of diagnosing my tooth pain. I had a filling performed by a different dentist at another practice and when I went back to tell them I was experiencing pain, they said to "wait and see" if it went away on it's own. It turned out it was my wisdom tooth and I already had another cavity in it. Dr. Bob recommended we just take it out or I would continue to have problems. He extracted it today and I had about as pleasant of an experience as one can have with a wisdom tooth extraction. He explained each step as he was performing it and what to expect, so it helped with my anxiety. I would highly recommend anyone needing dental care to come to see Dr. Bob and Jessica!"
