"Is Dr.Cox actually licensed? I think aspen dental really needs to re evaluate their whole entire staff team ESPECIALLY Dr.Cox ! She literally looked at my teeth for 10 seconds ! Then had the audacity to ask me “so what would you like me to do here” GIRL are you serious right now ? IDK YOU TELL ME considering you have a practice in this career ! Then she told me she would “figure out a plan for me and someone would give me a call” VERY ODD also never got a call! I will not be returning"

"I'd leave 0 stars if possible! DR. COX SHOULD HAVE HER LICENSE REVOKED! OFFICE staff is ok, just don't ever expect them to call you back . Assistants will nearly choke you with x ray bite equipment. Had to call several times to get any information Went to them on recommendations of friends and family members Mouth and throat were sore for several days after initial visit. Wasted over a week of my time trying to prepare for hip replacement surgery. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! I will also advise Friends and family members to find another Dental Provider. No amount of apologies will make up for this experience ***EDIT*** Got second opinion Aspen dental wanted to do unnecessary procedures. Second opinion proved these extra procedures unnecessary"

"I had an old root canal tooth that needed extracting. Dr. Samantha, had her work cut out for her! It took her a while to get it out, but she and the assistant made sure I was comfortable and pain free during the process. Dr. Samantha has a great sense of humor and bedside manor. I had a great experience."

"I have my first appointment last Thursday. Everyone was really great. They were kind and I didn’t feel like they were judging me. I was told at the end of my appointment that I would receive a call the next day (Friday) to go over my insurance, talk about the cost of the work I need done and get my cleaning scheduled for Monday. I have left 4 voicemails and still have not received a call to go over my financing a week later."
