"They Cater to Cowards! I received outstanding services at this dental office. Dr Tehle was exceptional. He was gentle and thoroughly explained exactly what he would be doing and paused often to check to on my well being. The numbing gel worked well and I only felt a small pressure when the novocaine went in. NO PAIN was fantastic for this confirmed coward. Dental assistant Beata and Joyce the Hygenist were also wonderful as was manager Teresa who was helpful to me with my insurance. "This place is very clean and the people are very friendly and helpful. I started going to them at around 2019-2020. I had really needed my teeth cleaned and my dad had found a coupon online from their office to get my teeth cleaned for a good price. When I had called to inquire about it and to make an appointment with them, I found out that it was expired but despite that, they decided to honor it anyway, so I was able to get my teeth cleaned properly without having to go through insurance loopholes that was presented to me as a problem at the time. Throughout the years, I really appreciated their advice that they gave me that helped me keep my teeth clean because I had such heavy build up. Their dental hygienist, Joyce, was really personable and nice to talk to. She always made me feel welcomed. She even took the time to clean my teeth once when I was late for an appointment. I appreciated her for that so much since I live 20-25 minutes away. And their receptionist, Jennifer was very reliable and patient with me about any questions I had regarding my copayments and the process of billing to my insurance. Dr. Tehle was also very nice and honest with me about my treatment of my teeth and always took the time to answer any questions I had for him near the end of my appointments. Unfortunately, due to financial constraints and insurance changes I have to transfer to another dentist. I am so grateful for this office, and I would recommend them 100%. They really do treat you like family."
