"My dad has been getting his shoes here for years. He has an orthotic and his foot doctor sent him here. He’s worked with Katie these many years. She is very knowledgeable, professional and thoughtful. From what I could hear of the other employees helping elderly or handicapped clients they were the same. Pricing for higher quality footwear seemed very reasonable to me. If I lived here this would be my go to place for supportive or outdoor footwear! "Went to get my husband a good pair of shoes, found a pair that he liked, they didn’t have in stock. I look on the manufacturer website and see that they have them at a much lower price. When I tell the associate that we will order ourselves, she storms off without saying a word. Not the best customer service. We got the exact same shoes for half the price and free shipping."
