"My child had a flat on I55 on the way home from SIU. In the rain... They got to him in 25 mins and took care of it. Many Thanks!"
"Worst company around. Rude and honestly have no clue what they are talking about. They would rather try to con you out of your vehicle then fix it. Told me that I would have to pay a couple grand to get my truck fixed and within 3 days of me having it back I had it up and running like a champ. Only decent company around this area has to be Midwest , nicest guys I have ever met."
"They said my charger isn’t fixable that it had electrical problems and also engine problems, yes it had engine problems but they said it’ll cost me well over a couple grand to fix. They said they put a new battery in to make sure it wasn’t just the battery and said that it’s not the battery it’s electrical problems but guess what, spent $200, shot the water out of my engine, got the rest of the water out, changed the oil and oil filter, charged up the battery and cranked her up and fired right up. smh, they offered me $500 for my charger. this company is sad. but i do thank them for not charging me a lot fee"
"On 1-25-23 our son was driving to Memphis for his Marine Reserve Training weekend. About 4:30 pm he called to say he had a tire blow out, did not have a spare & was stranded. That day had seen some bad weather in the area he was in. I called several tow companies, but all of them were too busy. Finally I reached a tow company (Central Roadside Inc) that said they could get him within an hour. Long story short, 4 hours later, no one had shown up. The tow company couldn't even get an answer from their tow driver. I canceled their service & started at the beginning. I called Scott Co. Sheriff's Office & they recommended Twin City. They were amazing. They asked for our son's number so they could make contact with him personally. I asked them if they could recommend a hotel nearby that our son could walk to. They said they would drop him off at the hotel & pick him up again in the morning. When I asked about a tire place, they said they could do that as well. My son drives a BMW so of course his tires are little less common to find. Twin City said they had a place they used regularly. They would get the tire in the morning, install it & pick him up from the hotel. WHAT? Is it possible to give MORE than 5 stars. I asked them how they wanted me to pay that night. They said they'd call me in the morning after they got our son taken care of & on the road & I could pay then. WHAT? Trusting someone in this day & age. Anyway, they did all that & it was still less than what the original tow company was charging just to tow. JEEZ! I can't say enough about the courtesy & service they provided that night. My son got home after his trip & told us how 'cool' those guys were. They were like Duck Dynasty meets Off-Road Truckers good ole boys. That's a compliment by the way. He said their trucks were in excellent shape & they had a good shop where they did the work. Wish I could do more than give you guys a 5-star review. Thanks for everything."
"Had a engine swapped on a 2010 Expedition. I was quoted a price of $1500, when the job was finished I was charged an additional $800 because they had to swap out the oil pan, timing cover and gaskets water pump, and exhaust bolts. My wife picked up the vehicle and drove it 60 miles when the new serpentine belt shredded. I called twin cities and the man said they would tow it back and fix it. When I checked the next day the man said the timing cover was wrong and wasn't sure why it was changed. When the Expedition was done. I was informed that I owed $190 for this repair, which was thier fault!! After picking it up my wife made it to the interstate where it started missing out and shaking, ended up being a coil pack went bad, imagine that. We will never use this place again for any reason.hust wish I had read the reviews first. The $190 chsrge was NOT fair, the timing cover should Not have been changed because you out the old one back on! Your mistake not mine! And the motor Was right for that vehicle only in your world are you an honest business"
