"Made attempts to call this agency after having insurance with them for almost a year and a half when my premium suddenly jumped almost 50% from last year to this year. No accidents, no claims, nothing to warrant the premium adjustment. I never received a call back as to why my premium increased so substantially. If you want an insurance company who will reach deep down into your pockets to take every last dime you have then this is the agency for you. If you prefer to be treated like a human then I’d advise you to take your business elsewhere. Also stop calling my phone to tell me about your new “competitive” prices with other agencies, you should have been competitive 6 months ago when I had asked for you to return my calls. Instead you just ignored my calls because you knew that you were wrong."
"I've never written a negative review in my life, but I thought it would be prudent in this situation. I filed an auto claim back in June 2022 with All State. It had been 30 days in my rental so I drove down to Austin from Fort Worth (3 hours) to get my car from the auto shop - the accident happened in Austin. There was some mix up on All State paying the shop the entire amount so I ended up paying for it myself ($6,400) when I got there. I called HQ and the local Amaya office to let them know so I could get reimbursed. The local office said they had to wait until they received the check back. I had a receipt for the full amount paid by me and here I am acting as a bank for a massive public company. The local office then proceeded to sell me life insurance, bundling my auto with my house, etc. Bad timing. I followed up with the local office about my check a few times this week through their text system and via email. No response on that, but I did hear back form them regarding the quotes they were giving me. I called the HQ again on Friday and it turns out they received the check on Tuesday! It had been sitting there for 3 full days and no one bothered to tell me or better yet, send me the funds! This was my experience. If you like to get sold products and don't care for good service, this place is perfect!"
"This is the worst managed place. Long hold times and takes days to talk to someone. You premium can see unbelievable increases of up to 44%. There is no care for 20 year long loyalty."
"Their customer service is horrible. Their corporate policies are deceitful. I recently was in an accident. I know how much it will cost to repair my vehicle but was trying to determine if it is better to pay out of pocket or file a claim. I called to ask how much my rate would go up if I filled a claim to get the damage to my vehicle fixed. They said they couldn’t tell me how much they’d raise my rate, because that it’s up to corporate. I asked if I could ask someone at corporate, and was told I could not. I was told, “they take a percentage of the claim total spread across three years” but what is that percentage number? I expressed to them that this seems like a predatory and deceptive business practice and I would be looking for another agency, to which she replied, “perfect”. I have been an Allstate member for 8 years, when Dac Jackson owned this agency it was amazing. Unfortunately, he retired and the customer service went with him."
