"I spoke with Justin, the reps must be trained to speak 100 mph. He gave me the portal which had no information about the plan. When I asked about why only 50% of prescription was covered I was transferred to a rep that could not speak very good English and he seemed angry when I asked him to email me because I couldn't understand."
"The absolute worst insurance imaginable you are better off to not be insured. They make it sound like it’s a privilege to be qualified. They say that they only qualify very healthy people and put you through rigorous questioning by multiple people. I went to my first In network primary care appointment, where you just sit there and meet the doctor and she takes your blood pressure and it cost $500. You are better off to not have insurance do not do this. It is a terrible mistake and a huge scam."
"Absolute worst insurance I've ever had. The policy I had was for "healthy people" and they make it sound like it's a privilege to be approved. I would have been better off getting denied and paying cash for any visit I had. Dave Ramsey shouldn't be supporting this!"
"Just read the reviews. My experience with the company is the same. When I talked to an agent regarding this insurance, they were misleading in the nature of what it is and what their exclusions/limited coverage really entails. These are stacked limited coverage policies that called plans. Contact your state insurance commission with complaints. Just because they are licensed to sell in your state doesn’t mean the coverage is what it is."
"They cut my insurance before the date I gave to them which was September 9th 2023 the cut it on August 21 2023 which I’ve told them on the 21st to cut my Life insurance not my Health insurance. So I go to pick up my meds from CVS and the cut my health insurance before the 9th of September. Call them up got a rude customer service rep name Paola.R wouldn’t give me a supervisor or give me her employee number. Do not get this insurance crooked crooks. The worst she tells me they will call me back after they receive the calls from the 21st and review them meaning that after the 9th they will call and say it was a lot of calls but you coverage is no longer active sorry ."
