"This HEB is so busy and they always do their best. Always polite. There truly needs to be another HEB in this area. Kyle is the third fastest growing city in AMERICA! We could really use another super HEB. Maybe off 1626 and 967 in Buda. I’m just saying….. I accidentally left my RX in the basket and someone turned it in AND the pharmacy called me to say they had it! Thanks!!!"

"This is the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced! They absolutely never have my testosterone injectables when I call to refill them. I am always told the medication is on backorder. Once medication arrives at pharmacy, they do not call, or text me to tell me it's there and I can come pick it up. So, I have to call them constantly to see if the medication has arrived. Right now as I'm writing this, its been two weeks since they ordered testosterone and I'm just finding out now that it's there and ready for pick up after of course me calling to check."

"The pharmacy is a train wreck. My doctor sent in a new prescription on .Monday, website said it would be ready after 9 am on Wednesday. On Wednesday morning the website said the prescription will now be ready after 9am on Friday. Only one drive thru lane is operational, the other has been out of service for a month. Waited in drive thru for over an hour to pick up my dogs rx. There were four cars ahead of me, the car in front of me spent 30 minutes at the pick up window while the pharmacy staff made three calls to the insurance company. No apology from any staff member. They need to close this pharmacy."

"The staff are nice and helpful. I have had no issues with this pharmacy. Last year when there was a national shortage of Amoxicillin, they notified me that Wal-Mart in Buda was still stocked, but wasn't aware of other pharmacies in the area being in stock. This is the kind of customer service that matters. Putting people first."
