"Had a serpentine belt replaced along with 2 pullys less than 3 months ago. I don't know if the belt wasn't routed correctly or the belt was defective. However when I called 2 days before Christmas explaining the belt was fraying horribly, they said we will come pick it up the next day. They did not, they called 3 days after Christmas asking if I still needed it fixed. I understand things happen but I was told when I took my vehicle there "I'd rather you complain about the price a little than the quality of the job". Well I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the job and was left stranded for 2 days...over priced and the craftsmanship doesn't back up the price."
