"Horrible EXPERIENCE!!! THEY ARE EXTREMELY SLOW! THE TIME FOR OPENING IS LISTED FOR 9am THEY DO NOT OPEN UNTIL AFTERWARDS THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE THE WAIT TIME IS RIDICULOUS! I FEEL LIKE THIS SERVICE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE WE ARE NOT COMING TO THE PHARMACY JUST BECAUSE WE LIKE TO!"

"They are lazy in the pharmacy. The only reason I'm not giving them a 1-star is because they had my prescription ready on time. But they moved like molasses in the pharmacy, no hustle or care. When my turn came up to pick up they wouldn't accept my insurance card, the woman at the register told me to call the number on the card and have them give me a specific number and return with that info. So I did that. I had to leave the store to call the number and after being on hold for a long while they told me that 1) they couldn't give that info over the phone and 2) the pharmacy was supposed to call and get that info via the pharmacy line which would have been WAY FASTER. Luckily my insurance is semi-competent and called the Walgreens Pharmacy themselves to give them the info they needed. What should have taken a few minutes took almost an hour because of their laziness."
