"Disappointed in this company. They came out to take measurements for the glass in our walk in shower - said it would be about 2 weeks before the glass came in. We waited, and waited... then after about 5 weeks, WE called them and all they could say was "oh, we lost the ticket and measurements". So they had to come BACK out to the house and take measurements again. We didn't get our installation complete until 2.5 months later. And we still had to call them to ask if the glass came in the second time and get on the schedule. Said we wanted bronze trim, and they put in black. Very unprofessional and poorly run business. The guy at the front desk didn't seem to care one bit."
