"There is an insurance agent that is no longer here who wrote a 3 year tri-term plan for me, and now the company is saying that is not what I have. I am left scrambling for insurance because of this. I believe what happened to me was either forgery or fraudulent and I will be following up with the BBB and anyone else to report this. What I believed to have signed is not the actual policy that UnitedOne is telling me I have. This was either a misrepresentation of what I thought I was purchasing or something was fraud by this company. The original agent, Celissa Coulson is no longer there. The company is telling me they have dissolved this department and any of these customers were transferred to outside agents. I was told I was transferred to Ashley Davis. I have called and emailed her multiple times and she will not get back to me about my plan. I do not recommend this company."

She helped me find the ideal plan for my Mother-In-Law, and when they were no longer needed, also helped walk me through the process of canceling those plans. "If I could give this company negative stars I would. They included a bunch of unwanted insurance policies without even mentioning them. When the premiums started appearing on my account to 3 lenders other than the primary and dental/vision insurance providers, I found over $300/month in policies never requested or discussed. Then they were antagonistic when I called to see what they were and have them cancelled. Beware!"
