"The website says they are open, I go to get my prescriptions and they are closed at eight. They need to update their website because it’s lying to customers that waste their gas to go there to get their prescriptions. I am sick of this."

"Store was clean and beautiful, not over crowded with stuff. Staff were amazing. The ladies that were working on a Sunday morning a few weeks ago bent over backwards to make sure I got the best value for my money. I don't think I'll ever go to a different CVS again."

"Came for a "walk in" COVID vaccine. Was greeted warmly, even though all the staff members were clearly hard at work assisting other customers. I was asked if I was there for a COVID vaccine (because I was in that line), and when I said I was a "walk in" and wanted the Pfizer vaccine, I was told it would be just a few minutes and that someone would be right with me. Just a couple of minutes later, a pharmacist named Amy finished with her other vaccine customer, asked me a few required questions, gave me the required safety questionnaire to fill out, and gave me my painless vaccine shot. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and EVERYONE was exceptionally nice, helpful, and friendly. This was after getting rudely refused a walk in vaccine at the Walgreen's on the corner of 1960 & Lake Houston Pkwy, even though they had plenty of staff, and advertising EVERYWHERE that "Walk Ins" were welcome. Clearly Walgreen's staff was just too lazy to take care of me, so I'll be switching all of my prescriptions and business over to CVS due to their exceptional staff!!!"

"Today, came in the afternoon to change insurance coverage for prescriptions and very painless. Staff was very helpful, efficient and friendly. Great place to fill prescriptions. However, I know they are in high demand during peak hours and seasonal demands -cold and flu. Got the flu shot today."
