"While I have to say that the 7 Health program is a phenomenal idea for patients that don't have the means to purchase health insurance out right, I can't help but be so blown away by this office time and time again, not in a good way. I initially signed up for 7 Health through Dr. Hastings office. After many appointments, with long waits, missed veins, and unprofessionalism time and time again I cancelled my 7 Health membership THE DAY I left the office in tears because Shannon, the nurse, had missed my vein so drastically I was left with a bruise covering my entire forearm. This was also not the first time this had happened. I attempted to go back to 7 Health this year, despite my main concerns because again my issue didn't lie with Dr. Hastings but his incompetent staff. I went through the 7 Health website, signed up, called today, scheduled an appointment with the front desk who half way knew what she was doing with a lot of "uhs and ums". Then, I receive a call from the 7 Health lady, I was leaving my sons appointment and requested a call back in 5 minutes, I never received a call back. So I waited to give her time to call back, once I realized I wasn't receiving a call back, I called. Just so she could state that I have to pay for the 7 Health program a YEAR in advance due to previous billing issue. "Previous billing issues" being when I cancelled the enrollment and they continued to charge my bank so I had to make many disputes with my bank to even attempt to dispute the transactions since I couldn't get a straight answer from anyone else. My recommendation is to find a different provider who may offer something similar. Never were any of my issues resolved, instead they just shrugged them off, and now I'm having issues with the 7 Health program. Maybe the other offices providing this service will have more knowledge of a health care system and know how to do their jobs instead of blind sighting patients. Stay blessed."
