"Not professional enough. Avoid the self service-money-gram machine and go instead to the food town. I went there to pick up a money but kept claiming that I received it. After 2 months of pong communications with pharmacy and the money-gram, the money were sent back to the sender. But again, AVOID THE SELF SERVICE MONEY-GRAM MACHINE. An update: after long process, the sender has gotten the money back."
