"I went today before 10am to pick up antibiotics for my baby girl and they told me it will be ready in an hr and they will send me a message. I waited for the message for few hrs then started calling the pharmacy and nobody picked up. Finally after more than 5 hrs they answered and said they don’t have that antibiotic and will need to transfer it to another pharmacy!!!!! All that time not bothering to inform us or even pick up the phone! They just don’t care about their patients"
