"So very thankful I found this dentist and his team. I haven’t had great experiences with dentists as an adult. The ease with this one began with making the appointment. I made it at least a month in advance knowing that I did need some work after the initial exam and cleaning. When they called to confirm the appointment, unfortunately I had to reschedule due to a conflict. She rescheduled the appointment, but it was over a month out to get into the Carterville office, but I was put on the cancellation call list. They had an appointment open up the same week I was originally scheduled and I jumped on it although I have anxiety with dentist. The communication via text is perfect. The ladies at the desk were so kind. The dental hygienist was phenomenal and put me at ease. I was embarrassed since I haven’t taken care of my teeth as an adult as I should have. She understood that life happened. She didn’t make me feel judged and really did make the entire experience more comfortable and I’m very thankful for that. When Dr Frederickson came in, he was kind and explained everything clearly, giving me my options and asking me if I had any questions and what I wanted to do. I didn’t feel pressured into anything. I would recommend Dr Frederickson and his entire team again and again even after one visit. This is an office that I will continue going back to. Not only for the action plan for current issues, but for my continued preventative care."

"I don't have insurance so I was calling a few Dentist to ask a few questions before making an appointment. The person on the phone acted like she was not sure of prices and said I would just have to come in for a office visit at a cost of $100 plus. When I explained I would like to ask a few questions before I paid out $100 plus just to see if I would change dentist to them. She hung up on me. Note I was over nice when talking to her, but I got the feeling that she did not have time for a potential new customer."

"I called because I had a tooth break and was in pain. They got me in the next day. Dr Fredrickson was super nice, talked to me and let me know what he was doing the whole time.. he assistant was very nice also. I will for sure be going back to him for all of my dental work and cleanings."
