"Staff not friendly or helpful in anyway they gave my daughter the prescription I didn’t need. They would not call the doctor or speak with insurance about my prescription I had to go in the store to pick the papers for the doctor to sign and return back to the pharmacy. Then they started bouncing me from fuqua to pearland and told me they will just leave the prescription on my file, no attempt to resolve the issue"

"It's true customer service is too slow my medication wasn't ready and had to wait for my flu shot for awhile eventually pharmacists stop doing to give me my shot and there were no cashier's up front they were all stocking products that's not good well I used self check out."
"I always have to wait at least two days after my prescription has been sent here to get it filled. They are either too slow or not sufficiently staffed to keep up with their customers. I always call before I even make a trip there and they always say they don’t have my prescription. Then once they check it’s magically there just not ready. They never answer the phone either. I’m writing this review and have been on hold for 20 minutes after being hung up on the first time I called. They don’t even answer when my doctor calls. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else."
