"If you are considering having prescriptions sent to CVS Pharmacy, change your pharmacy immediately. Such terrible service and by far the worst pharmacy I have gone to. Just had my provider send prescription and am waiting for it to be picked up and they gave me a date when it will be ready, but now they are saying that it is “delayed” and they don’t have a date of when it will be ready when I am completely out of it and need it. I asked them what day it will be ready, they just estimated the day - in other words, they don’t know. Should have my medication ready by now but now I am on hold for I don’t know why. Ridiculous. I am only going here because my insurance keeps transferring my prescription to this ridiculous pharmacy which I hope that is able to be changed. Please consider going to another pharmacy. This place will be a waste of your time."

"The app never seems to cooperate but the people always do. I never have a long wait compared to other pharmacies. Even when they don't have my med ready ir there's an issue, they usually give it while I'm there or within 15m, while I wait. After dealing with my parents and grandparents meds at other pharmacies, I have grown to appreciate this pharmacy more and more. I've been 5 cars deep in the drive thru and gotten through 30m. They have some issues but for me, they are nothing compared to every other place I have dealt with."

"Every time I go to CVS pharmacy 1350 Kingwood Dr, Kingwood TX The price is different for many of my drugs. One I have a coupon from for Zero dollars instead of $179. I have to go in and straighten it out everytime. In the past it was automatically handled."

"When our insurance plan did not allow for an override for a lost medication (high blood pressure medication) and the cost of the medication was going to be 7 times the insurance cost, the pharmacist and the pharmacist technician located a discount coupon which made the prescription reasonably priced. I thanked them for doing this and they said that they try to help whenever they can. They try to find discounts and coupons for their patients. This is GREAT to know because there are so many people who sometimes cannot afford their prescriptions, especially when having to pay out of pocket. Thanks for serving the community."
