They are testing out some catering options which I highly recommend hitting them up about. They are super and efficient. They even come to our events and cook on location."

"Went to Wolfhound for Restaurant Week brunch and enjoyed a delicious meal with the breakfast sandwich. I'm not normally a big fan of breakfast potatoes, but here they were perfect. The cupcake was excellent with delicious frosting but my favorite is everything was the housemade jam. The jam was just amazing."

"A great Irish bar in the Avondale neighborhood! The food is top flight and the drinks are fantastic. Wonderful spot to drop in for brunch or a hearty lunch/dinner. If you are looking for a proper pour of Guinness, look no further. The full Irish breakfast is my go to. They spare no expense. Black and white pudding, rashers, sausages, homemade baked beans (much better than Heinz) and everything else. The portions are HUGE. My wife and I have recently been stopping in for the traditional Irish music sessions on Thursdays. Generally, a great group of musicians stop in and play some wonderful toe taping tunes. This is a drop in musical session, so there are no guarantees who and how many musicals will be there. But nothing goes with a Guinness like a good Irish music session. Even the owner drops in to play a few tunes! Brendon, the owner, is a wonderful guy. He cares a lot about his establishment and workers. Every time we've gone he's been an active participant in all the tasks. I've seen him serving food and drinks, bussing tables and hauling food from trucks. You can tell her really loves his business and his customers. Both my wife and I are born and raised in Avondale/Logan Square. We never thought we'd have a proper Irish bar in our neck of the woods. We are so pleased to have a business like the Wolfhound in the Avondale/Logan Square area. Keep up the good work and great food!"

"Simply wonderful. I could not recommend Wolfhound more. Awesome little neighborhood spot with a great vice and some killer cooking coming out of the kitchen. Came here with a quick bite on Friday night with our baby and they were extremely accommodating, kind and we had excellent service the entire night. They take reservations, but you don’t necessarily need one. The Guinness was a perfect pour, and all good is made from scratch on site. They are even making their own bread and all continents. The Irish breakfast was one of the best dishes I’ve had in Chicago in a long time. The sausage is something I might even have a dream about tonight. We can’t wait to come back!"
