"Also he only had to glue a piece back together. Twice he did it, it fell right out the next day. I was in the his chair for no longer than 5 mins each time. I didn’t have insurance so it cost me a lot. For something simple to be done, and he failed. He failed to understand that he wasn’t doing it right clearly. He just wants your money. Doesn’t fix the problem up so you have to go back and pay him more money. VERY Frustrating and upsetting."
