"Communication is terrible when it comes to a shortage on medications"

"I don't have a lot of choices when it comes to specialty pharmacies, so I am kind of stuck with these guys for now. If you have a choice though, I would not recommend picking them. I will say first, everyone is very nice at the pharmacy, they are very easy to talk to. However, the problem is they don't talk too often. Even when an issue comes up... and I have had a few... they just try to solve it on their own and no one communicates with me. Even after calling and being told someone will contact me or they would reach out, no one ever does. I am just kind of left in the dark until whatever happens, happens and then I have to call and try to get them to fix it. It is very frustrating and makes things more complicated than they need to be."
