"Pharmacist said they will order meds for my 8 year old son, tells us to come back Wednesday for it and then when we go to get the medication, pharmacist says she doesn't believe in dispensing stimulant medications to children with ADHD and therefore never ordered the medication. She shamed us in front of the whole store for my son's medical condition. I will be making formal complaints and taking my business elsewhere."

"Nice neighborhood CVS on Waugh Dr. at W. Dallas. The store very clean with good merchandise presentation and few out of stocks. I see some negative reviews on this store. When I was there, the store was well staffed with friendly and helpful associates. The CVS app and the Sunday newspaper advertise weekly sale items at affordable prices."

"I have been going to this CVS about 3 times a week for the last 4 months and never have I had such a rude employee help me. I will not be returning to this CVS if/when Alfreda(sauce) or that manager is on duty cause my issue could have been resolved simply if they hadn’t caught attitude."

"I’ve been coming here for the last 4 years, and they’ve always figured out how to get it right when it comes to my prescriptions and insurance. I used to see Kim the pharmacist and was she was awesome!! She was always attentive and was just cool :) Today, the other pharmacist, Liza was super helpful in making sure my prescriptions were priced appropriately, and she went the extra mile in doing so. The staff, including Sade and the other member (sorry I don’t remember her name!) is always nice and treats me well. I wouldn’t think I’d be writing such a review for a pharmacy - especially a large corporate one - but the staff here really deserve all the praise! Thank y’all again for taking the time to help me :) And to y’all who wrote negative reviews: y’all need to calm down. These people are doing their best to help you. They have a lot on their plate, and a little bit of patience never hurt anybody."
