"Ate there about 5 times, first time dined in when they first opened. Food was amazing and I think I left a good review. I ordered two deliveries without a problem after that. Then last week I ordered the same thing I always eat, chicken tikka masala and it came without rice. I called them and they refused to send rice saying that dishes come without it and somehow I should know it when ordering online. Zero care for the costumer who was counting in them for dinner. It takes about 45 min for the food to get here via DoorDash and it would cost me $20 for rice alone. Dinner ruined, had to find something else on Saturday 9pm. Decided to freeze the food and make some rice myself another day to eat it with. Defrosted it today, made rice, sat for dinner and for my disappointment it was SO SPICY that neither my husband nor I could eat it. Another dinner ruined and having to figure out what to eat at 9pm on Saturday night. I’m not sure what happened to them since the first time I went there a year or so ago, but it’s extremely disappointing because it used to be one of my favorite Indian food restaurants. Leaving a two stars just because they used to be good, but my current feeling is that it should be only 1 star"
"The foods amazing. The staff is really welcoming and helpful. They cater to your needs and make sure you have the best experience possible! Love the Biriyani, I always ask for extra masala and they do it just that way. The haleem is amazing and the starters as well."
"I have mixed opinions on this place. We usually ordered biriyani here. The days the food is fresh - its amazing ., the other days they just pull the biriyani out from the fridge a d heat it up. It's not fully heated up too. It's ends up being a sad visit. We've asked multiple times if it's fresh doesn't seem to make a difference. But recently they introduced MANDI . And that has been great the 2 times we've tried . We tried both the chicken mandi and goat . Both are equally good though I slightly prefer the goat. The rice is flavorful., the meat is cooked to perfection especially the mutton. When we spoke to the server, he said the meat is prepared by cooking 3 different ways.the flavor shines through."
"I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. To begin with, their menu had an incredibly limited selection for vegetarians, which was a major letdown. Adding to the frustration, there was a lack of clarity on how to place an order – whether we had to go to the counter or wait for someone to come and take our order. We ordered Paneer Butter Masala and Garlic Naan, along with Egg Fried Rice. The service started on a bad note when the Egg Fried Rice was significantly delayed, leaving us waiting for almost 20 minutes after being served the other dishes. When it finally arrived, to our dismay, it was Chicken Fried Rice instead. Despite informing the server, there was no immediate apology for the mix-up, and we had to wait even longer for the correct order. While I must admit that the Paneer Butter Masala and Garlic Naan were delicious, the overall experience was marred by the poor service and lack of attention to our dietary preferences. The restaurant staff's lack of consideration for our vegetarianism, coupled with the absence of any real apology for the mistake, left a bitter taste in our mouths. In summary, while the food quality was commendable, the abysmal service and the overall unpleasant experience overshadowed any enjoyment we might have had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone seeking a hassle-free dining experience."
"Chicken 65 is not actually Chicken 65…it’s tomato chutney/paste with added chicken. Service was sub par as well, was told 5 minutes for the order which turned into 30+ minutes."
