"I spent years paying and supporting this small business with the higher cost of shoes and purchased 2 to 3 pairs per year for at least 4 years. During the pandemic, our division was sent to work from home and I tried to order shoes this year only to be told they don’t deal with anyone who doesn’t work on Campus at the hospital system. When I replied to ask a few simple questions, no response, no respect, no words for they didn’t even give me the time of day because at that point to them, I was a nobody and I didn’t matter.
