"I’ve been calling this store for the past week with no return call or answer they answer the phone and leave it on the table with no response or help from pharmacist currently sick and in need of proper medication advised significant other to go and place prescriptions so it can be filled and was told upon placing order that not only were they rude to him they did not acknowledge his questions or concerns about allergies because I am severely allergic to multiple things will be calling corporate so that’s fine and if anything was to happen it will definitely be a malpractice suit the pharmacists have poor communication and customer service skills and will be changing locations but highly recommend you to NOT use this location"

"I've been calling for almost a month to get the status of my son's medication. No one answers the phone, you're either left on hold or hung up on immediately. I even called the stores manager to get a note to the pharmacist, never got a return call, still no knowledge of my son's Rx. The worst CVS location I've been to."

"I have NEVER given a second thought about a pharmacist. Ever. Until I met Nam. He is the epitome of what you would expect from a small town pharmacist circa 1960 in Mayberry, but right here in modern day Houston instead. He knows every customer by name. And I mean, by name. You walk up, and he greets you by name “Hi, Miss LaBelle!” He sees me once a month, and yet, knows who I am and who everyone else is. And he is genuinely concerned about everyone of his customers and our health. He makes sure to hit up Good RX before you even arrive to get you the best price, he checks to make sure you are aware of flu season for your vaccine, and even when they are very busy, you just don’t mind waiting because he is just so pleasant and friendly. Even while we were living over 20 miles away for 6 months for my husband’s work, I never moved my prescriptions because of Nam. I will follow him whenever he goes, as I have found my lifelong pharmacist. CVS has found a gem in him, and I truly hope they realize it."

"I had accidentally forgotten to take my medicine in the morning and went to work with leaving the bottle at home. I technically was not due for a refill until the next 5-7 days but the pharmacist called my insurance to see if they could override the 30 day prescription refill date. I really appreciate that extra step of care because the medicine was for my seizures and particularly vital for my daily functioning. I unfortunately do not get the pharmacist's name but my prescription bottle says Nam Vo. I am not sure if that is whom he was but I do know the man was middle aged and of Asian decent. He was able to override it and filled the prescription right away. I am so appreciative :)"
