"3131 Holcombe Randalls is a racist and bias store when it comes to customers. Certain customers get treated differently from others particularly when it comes to ethnicity and gender re: customer service and pricing errors. As a black man both my elderly mother (87) and myself have been thrown out of the store and told we are not welcome. Jacque Gaston should be fired or terminated for her lack of leadership. Especially, telling a customer not to come back into the store. Horrible business practices, terrible bias customer service and rude / unprofessional staff."
