"Slowwwwww. Got a message that 2 prescriptions were ready, but when I got there they said one actually wasn't ready... they had me waiting 30+ minutes in the drive thru! On top of all that, after all the wait, they said I'd have to come back to get the other prescription. Never again."

"I only gave a one because I had to in order to write something. This pharmacy is by far the most horrible location there is. The people that works there are rude as heck and don’t want to do anything extra. Half the time they don’t want to do their jobs. I honestlydon’t know where they have found these people in the last few years. I’ve been going here since 2003. I’m done now!!!"

The staff will literally look at you waiting to drop off or pick up your prescription, and will continue to do whatever they're working on instead of tending to the customer. Just completely unprofessional, if you didn't want to be apart of customer service then being a pharmacy tech isn't for you."

"The Pharmacy crew on duty at this location, on 10/25/23, was the absolute WORST EVER! Those group of ladies are so RUDE! The service was so awful we left and took our business to the location on Cartwright Rd. It was like night and day! I thought we were in heaven when we arrived at the Cartwright location. The entire pharmacy staff was soo..kind and warm.. They took care of our needs with ease and very quickly. I will NEVER visit the pharmacy on Buffalo Speedway again, until they remove those mean ladies from the pharmacy."
