"Deceptive and unprofessional. As someone else mentioned, I was assured by my doctor that they (Genoa) would contact me about my prescription. They did not so I had to call them multiple times to get information about it. Then they assured me that my medicine would be shipped via overnight services. Well, it didn't arrive the next day and I never received any tracking information or updates from them. I wish i could report them somehow because as of now it has been a week without my medicine and I have absolutely no idea how much longer I'll have to wait!"

"I do not recommend Genoa Pharmacy. I used them for my home delivery service. When I did not receive my last prescription, I called them and was assured that my prescription would be overnighted. It has been several days and I still have not received it. I called them and they assured me that FedEx would be delivering, however FedEx keeps delaying my delivery. When I called again today they said they would check into and get back to me. I still haven't heard back from them and now have been out of my prescription for several days."
