"My first ever negative review; This CVS is not only incompetent, rude and aggressive, but they are also putting patients health in serious danger by continuing to employ the pharmacy manager, Olaide Sanusi and the district manager, Jason Monroe. Ms. Sanusi intentionally withheld my replacement prescription for a week, even after my Dr. had put in the replacement request and CVS were responsible for losing the prescription during delivery in the first place. I had to literally fight on the phone through my doctor’s office as this location do not ever answer the phones and have an automated machine. This all while I am supposed to be doing trial prep for my job. It wasn’t until I told Ms. Sanusi that I would be going to urgent care as I’m sick without my medication that she said “fine, I’ll give you 5 until the post office find them”. She then laughed in my face and hung up. When I drove to pick up the prescription, Ms. Sansaui was surly, rude and aggressive and also violated HIPPA, which is a violation of federal law, by shouting out my prescription names so loud surrounding customers stopped and stared. This whole experience has left me wholly disgusted with CVS and I will NEVER use them again for anything. When I called the district leader, Jason Monroe to complain about these serious violations, he had the demeanor of a strip club patron; laughing in my face, snorting and he actually yawned when I told him about the HIPPA violation!!! Clearly CVS learned nothing from the billions they continue to shell out in litigation settlements. I almost needed to go to the ER and could have died, due to their gross negligence. As could many other more vulnerable patients. Be warned fellow Texans - avoid at all costs."

"Pharmacy will not fill prescriptions if there is even one obvious typographical error by Doctor's office administrator (i.e. minor name mis-spelling, date) that can be confirmed with a phone call. I will never use this location again."
