"Pick up medicine here The line is not long but take long time. But people are nice"
"Never a long line- clean - friendly staff - never complains that I bring my dog in as long as she's leashed. Good deals if you had a CVS points card. Have literally gotten all of my items for free once bc of it!"
"Loved that CVS already had my new insurance info! Super friendly pharmacy employee."
"Probably the rudest Pharmacist I have ever encountered in my life! I just ask if I could inquire information about the vaccine. She was rude impatient and made feel like a beggar asking for food when I was asking the covid and the flu vaccines. Super cold personality, kept repeating very generic responses as if it was talking to an automated phone call and very unhelpful. Really made this company look terrible and I can’t believe that cvs would allow rude people like this to work here. Don’t recommend anyone coming here if they have the choice!"
"***A review from a doctor's office*** This CVS pharmacy branch is very disappointing and frustrating. I tried calling the pharmacy multiple times to call in a prescription for a patient, but when I choose the option to speak to a person instead of leaving a voicemail, my call gets disconnected. I avoid leaving a voicemail when calling in a prescription because the chances of the pharmacy claiming that they never received my voicemail is very high so I always choose the prompt option to speak to the pharmacist. After several attempts of trying to get a hold of someone, I gave up and decided to leave a voicemail. After a couple of hours, I tried calling again to speak with someone to confirm that they received my voicemail, my call still can't connect to the pharmacy department so I chose the prompt option to talk to someone from the store. Britney, a very pleasant lady, answered my call. I explained my concern and asked if she could speak to anyone from the pharmacy department about my experience and connect me with someone. A rude lady named Jessica, picked up the phone. She claimed they are not experiencing any technical issues with their phone and has no idea why I am not able to connect. Jessica was very abrupt and dismissive. I then asked if they received the voicemail I left few hours ago. Unsurprisingly, she said no, there is no voicemail received. Very frustrating. I spent time and energy trying to reach them all day and when I decided to leave a voicemail, there was no voicemail. I had to speak to the pharmacist, Courtney, and place another prescription order. CVS, you need to do something about your phone system. I've been calling in prescriptions for several years and your voicemail system unreliable. Either that or your pharmacists fail or refuse to check voicemail messages."
