"“Tuned” my fiancé’s 06 GT and now it won’t even start, but he can take his $1,200. Car actually would start and run before taking it down to his shop, not well but it did. Now we’ve been sitting here for the past hour trying to get it to start to bring it to a different tuner. If you care about your car at all, don’t take it here. To add to Bob's comment, the new tune did fix the car. Nice try though."
"I brought a car in to him with a misfire on cylinder 2. I had to tow it ($250) to him then wait weeks for it to be worked on. When it was finally "done", I paid him around $1150 or so and drove it for about an hour then parked it in the garage and didn't drive it again until a week later. When I did, it had a misfire on cylinder 2. I text him about this and when he finally responded, he said it was fine when he had it and if there is a problem I'd just need to replace the coil on cylinder 2 and it would be fine. Not the case. In addition to the coils being replaced, since I saw him last, I've now spent around $8,000 trying to get the issue fixed without success. I can't get him to respond to my texts now. I basically paid over $1,300 to move a misfire from cylinder 1, to cylinder 2. I keep hearing he stands behind his work, but that has not been the case for me so far. I'm still willing to give someone with a good reputation to the chance to do so though. The misfire returned a week later and was garaged during that time, long before it spent any amount of time sitting outside, so that is not a logical excuse. Seems to me the code was simply erased, and I was told the car was fixed. Typical mechanic scam."
"Best tuner around period. He tuned my 2000 Whipple Lightning when nobody around could. I currently own a 2011 Coyote with a ghost cam tune and bolt-ons that has no problem keeping up with higher horsepower cars while maintaining daily driver reliability. THANKS BOB!"
"Bob and his crew are awesome. His shop is an hour and a half drive for me, but I use him anyway because he is the best at what he does. You won't find a better tuner or someone more knowledgeable about Mustangs. He also stands behind his work, he's not happy until you are. I annoy the hell out of him with my texts, but he puts up with it and does great work anyway. Would give 6 stars if possible."
"Did an awesome job tuning my car and the only tuner I've been to that does an inspection to make sure the cars right before it even goes on the Dyno. 100% happy will come back when it's time to make more power."
