"Chandra claimed my prescription was ‘federally illegal in the state of Texas.’ First of all, federal & state law are two separate things. Second off, my prescription was perfectly legal under the Texas controlled substances act section 481.075. I called a relative who works as a doctor in the state of Texas and asked if my prescription was illegal & they said no they sent out prescriptions like that all the time. But my relative did let me know the pharmacist could reject a prescription if they wanted. If chandra didn’t want to accept my prescription, that’s fine & she could have said that. But to say somethings illegal when it’s not, is dangerous. The pharmacist should review the law before giving incorrect information out. I ended up having my prescription sent over to a different pharmacy because I don’t trust the pharmacist"

"Horrible customer service, they have stickers and items in the wrong places, and then when you come to check out, they tell their are not adjusting the price"

"Pharmacy Service is Poor and Rude! I asked for a Flu shot. They asked me to wait and they would page me. I waited and nobody pages me. I check with them and it is evident they forgot about me and what I was there for. After I explain why I am there, they claim they were looking for me but I was in the store 15 feet from them the whole time. They then ask me to fill out some paperwork which they could have asked me to do before even asking me to wait. I told them I thought their service was poor and they said I could leave if I preferred, so I did."
