"Is a good pharmacy but man!!! Every time that I call for my refill don't pick up the phone like today they take me 2 hours to help me and they say hold on and another 45 minutes and then they hung up on me wow come on if you don't like your job just quit please."

"When it was ReCept pharmacy the staff was cheerful and very pleasant to deal with. However, the pharmacist moved to a better position right before the changeover. The new pharmacist is a little lacking in customer service. The people look like they hate to come to work now. They don't communicate with each other or customers anymore. The wait times to get your prescriptions have doubled and tripled. Courtney used to have a great attitude and she always called me when my prescriptions were ready because she knew I needed them. That Courtney has gone. The new Coutney seems to be sad; I think. I used to love coming here. Now, not so much. I wish it would go back to the friendly place it used to be. The new pharmacist doesn't care about customers waiting at all! He will finish the prescriptions and let them sit for another 15 to 30 minutes with the customer waiting before he takes them to the cash register. This is not what we have come to expect at this pharmacy. I wish it would go back to the way it used to be, I bet Courtney would too!"

"I’ve received nothing but the best service from Encore and because I’m homebound (in a powerchair) it is much more convenient for my prescriptions to be delivered compared to CVS and Walgreens who “choose” what and what not to deliver!! Company policy or not Encore has me for a lifetime dedicated customer!! 5-Star rating!!"

"I recently had the issue of not being able to fill my Pain Medication Prescription thru my pharmacy. My Dr was able to locate the needed medicine here at Encore. Encore called to notify me that they had the medication and that it would be delivered the next day. Even though I’ve never dealt with Encore before, they came thru in a very friendly, timely and efficient manner. They have gained a new customer due to their excellent Customer Service."

"This pharmacy is bye far the best pharmacy I have ever been to and that says a lot they are always on time they are very personable I can’t say enough they deliver whatever they don’t have at the time. I’m in a wheelchair unfortunately and it’s hard to get things accomplished they make it so easy I would never want to use another pharmacy I don’t usually make reviews but this place makes me feel comfortable and goes above and beyond what they have to do.
