"If I could give them 0 stars I would. This location lacks communication with the clients if there is a delay and/or problems with the prescription. Not only that, they also don’t take into account the drive thru window has 2 stations and will service the window over the car that was in line first. If my insurance worked at CVS, I wouldn’t come to this location ever!"

"The pharmacy staff at CVS is rude. They quote inaccurate prices. The customer has to contact insurance and prove to them that they wrong."

"Tried to reserve a vaccine shot for my wife and I. They cancelled on us a few hours before. So we rescheduled and then the day of they tell us we aren’t eligible. We ask why and they said we aren’t old enough or compromised. So we asked why isn’t that mentioned online. We never got a straight answer."

"I have been picking up my husband’s medications for years at this location. Service was ok pre Covid, then understandably this location became short staffed in 2020. Now, in 2023, it seems that CVS has chosen to keep the same skeleton crew. A 20-25 minute wait in the drive through for a prescription that has already been filled is typical. It is a shame that CVS has let greed get in the way of providing decent service. I am writing this review in the drive through, as I have plenty of time!"

"I have used CVS pharmacy #10301 (1525 North Loop West, 77008) several times. They pharmacy personnel you have not one but all are rude. They have no formal training in hospitality. There's no \"thank you\" \" how can I help you today\" \"have a good day\" . They are, wham bam thank you ma'am. They have no personality nor patience. I have let it slide for several visits but no today. I've gone to a nearby location and didn't get mistreated. I would like to have a simple \"thank you\" or \"is there something I can help you with\" or \"is there anything else you need\" really any kinda of expression of humanity. A little kindness and compassion goes a long way when your not feeling well."
