"The Walmart pharmacy staff are very nice people, I came here for the first time on May 30th, 2023, but when I talked to them for what I was coming for, which was dizziness problem, they responded to me like a person they know before or a friend of them. I noticed that this is the way they responded to everybody while I was waiting for my turn in the line. They are very knowledgeable and professional, especially Dr. ELIZABETH. She is very helpful and absolutely awesome."
"The absolute worst waited 2 hours came back and the prescription was not filled the medicine they told me was in stock was not the pharmacist and pharmacist intern are incompetent. The I don't care attitude is low and disturbing. A total disservice!! The male at the counter failed to search the system correctly and didn't take ownership for his mistake. I will continue to complain this establishment is useless and a disgrace to the medical field."
"They left me on hold 20 minutes. When they finally picked up they took down all of the patient's details and that of the prescription (which was already electronically sent) and the Goodrx coupon BIN#, etc (which took like another 4 minutes) then they told me they cannot check the price bc there are too many people in line and the prescription will not be ready until tomorrow anyway. lol"
