"1 STAR. Usually don't visit this CVS but stopped in. And the individual who handled this situation went about this horribly. A young Black lady had came in and forgot to scan a brush which she admitted, apologized, and immediately said she would pay for it. The man was a Latino little person, he kept egging her on and said he would trespass her and call the cops on her and she was being cooperative trying to purchase it. This was unnecessary and insensitive to do over a brush which she ended up buying. There needs to be some training on deescalating situations like this because she was clearly not causing any trouble and wanted to pay for the items and go. Also I want to ask can you trespass a person for "paying for ALL their items""

"I loved the store! Especially Matt, he's a cool dude and very friendly. I would say the only problem would be when I go to check out would be the cashier girls at the front, they are very rude and impatient. Especially the cashier named "Alexis." She seems dead and doesn't seem to enjoy the time to be working there. Maybe I'll come back and hopefully my experience will be better."
