"Called them a month ago and was quoted a price that I thought was fare since my son is 18 and a new driver. Was told for the discount I would need proof of insurance for the past two years. Got the paperwork and showed the same lady working on 8/14/21. Last month paperwork was fine. Yesterday 8/14/21 she can't do anything because declaration page only has my wife's name. She had an attitude from the beginning and it really got under my skin. Realizing that she didn't want to give the discount because she still hasn't scanned the paperwork to the underwriters I then got vulgar. To that lady I apologize for my words but you have no customer service, lack of being direct and thorough, and should not be managing a store. Case in point right after that we went to another Pronto in weslaco and not more than ten minutes had a policy for my son that was 40 dollars less than what Pronto in Elsa quoted."
