"I just received a call for a refill on my medication. I have a savings card on file with this pharmacy from the manufacturer of the medication The gentleman who spoke to me just a moment ago, gave me incorrect information and stated I would have to pay quite a bit more for a prescription that should only cost me $25. If my urologist did not recommend this pharmacy, I wouldn’t use them for anything in fact, I will speak to my urologist to see if he has any other recommendations, so I don’t have to deal with these clowns ever again."
"I used to recommend this pharmacy up until about 6 months ago. Prior to the point, my monthly prescription showed up on time and without any hassle. Now I won’t receive a prescription unless I call in several times a month and remind them to send it to me. Each time I call there is some sort of excuse as to why they haven’t sent me the prescription. Either my profile needs to be updated to be reoccurring, they need to verify my address, or they are waiting on the manufacturer to send it to them. It shouldn’t be this difficult to send the same prescription from the same manufacturer, to the same address, paid for by the same insurance company."
"This pharmacy used to be great with customer service on the phone and timely refills. Refills were actually automatic. Now the last several month the person answering the phone is clueless. Even when I call a week ahead of time for my refill it's still late and they claim they have no record of me calling. Today he couldn't even figure out when it was last filled. Im transferring pharmacies today. Not worth the stress"

"I wish I could give accolades like the others that left reviews have. I received a call from Choice Specialty Pharmacy letting me know my prescription was approved on July 24th. I was told it would be shipped to me within 7-10 days. I waited 2 weeks and still no prescription. I called and was told that my prescription wasn’t available and they were waiting to receive it from the manufacturer. I was contacted by the pharmacy on Friday August 11th. that the medication was in and being shipped to me and that I could receive it this weekend. I never received it. I called the pharmacy on Thursday August 17th. to let them know that I still haven’t received my prescription. The woman on the phone said that she needed to verify my address to make sure it’s correct before they ship it. I was furious! I told her that I had verified my address on the 24th of last month when the prescription was supposed to be sent to me. She was unaware that I never received my prescription and was verifying my address for my refill. A refill on a prescription that I’ve never received in the first place! She placed me on hold to look at the information, when she returned, she told me that I will receive my prescription via UPS tomorrow. I asked her why I hadn’t received my prescription already, and was told it had been returned because the courier service they use could not find my address the same address I’ve had for 25 years, imagine my surprise when I still didn’t receive my prescription! So here it is Friday August 18th. and I have no prescription and they are closed until Monday. Monday will be 3 days away from an entire month of waiting. I have this prescription to replace a prescription that I ran out of 3 weeks ago, something I should be taking twice a day. I’m glad they are concerned. Hopefully someone will care on Monday."
