"In the past CVS use to call to let us know when prescription is ready. They no longer do that. Sometimes when I go to pickup a prescription they have put it back. But no one notified me that it was ready. They have a lot of new people that don't know what they are doin. The only person I can count on is Carol. She take care of me. Always going above and beyond to help. They need more people like her."
