"I just had an amazing experience at this location. Recently I have been having issues with my back, knees, and feet. My doctor recommended to start buying wide shoes. I’ve never had a need to until now. As soon as I walked in an employee, Andrew, introduced himself and offered help if needed. I took him up on his offer and I’m glad I did! He was able to point out which shoes came in wide off the top of his head. He helped me choose a pair that fit well and also helped me try on two different kinds of insoles. My feet already feel better and I walked out of the store with my new shoes and insoles. Thank you, Andrew!"

"Found what I needed but... The manager... a true Karen of a human being. I have flat feet, asked about arch support and she replied in a nasty Kurt way, "I don't understand what you mean. If your flat footed why would you need arch support?". Yes, I got what I needed but this Karen of a manager... I apologized to the young man for his rude manager. I'd HATE to have to work under this Kurt, nasty, rude woman. Hey, lady, you need to be a little less nasty to people."

"I knew what I wanted going into the store, I'd seen the Bearclaw boots at another Famous Footwear the previous weekend. The young gentleman working that day greeted me kindly and professionally. I found the boots after looking at clearance stuff first, per the young man's suggestion as you could buy one pair of shoes and get another free. I tried on the boots I'd come in for, the young man working checked me out with a smile on his face. I'd recommend this store!"

"I dont always have luck finding a women's size 11; however, customer service is excellent. This store has a variety of shoe brands and styles. They are able to order shoes for you...not sure if you have to pay first but its still an option. Join their rewards program. I had a $5 coupon. Very happy with the products and service at this Creve Coeur location."

"The shoe selection at Famous is limited. Had great service at this location though. There was one lady who was very friendly and was e en trying to show one of my kids a different way to tie a double knot. The other lady checking us out was very patient as my wife had multiple coupons to use."
