"I don’t understand if your a transportation service for the whole Mount Vernon why are there scheduled rides ? Why are there hour long waits ? Nothing in Mt Vernon is ever that far away from each other to be waiting a hour… I’m honestly confused … mt transportation way better ! Y’all suck honestly ."

"They are exceptionally rude. They may or may not show up, and will not text or call you to let you know they are there. They honk and if you don't hear it, they leave. If you need a ride and it's time sensitive, don't bother."

"First off I wanna start out by saying The owner of this company is amazing I've never seen someone operate the way I seen her operate her business. She was extremely friendly, and we talked the whole ride she was great company, also she was not only dispatching and taking calls she was the only one driving since 10 am till midnight she was chill and laid back and i will definitely be using this cab service more often. Very good at multitasking and treated her passengers with nothing but respect very nice lady."

"I called for a ride from pilot truck stop to great clips, the lady was very polite and told me up front they were busy it would be a 30 minute wait, sure enough the taxi pulled up 30 minutes later, the ride back I went and forgot my expensive shampoo and conditioner in the car! I called the dispatcher back and she got in contact with the driver who brought it right back! Thank you so much!"

"Have a unique experience with this company. Tried to get a cab to take us to a wedding. The best part about this company was how fast they answer the phone to tell you their cab will be there in 15-20 minutes. I can assure you the cab wasn’t there in 15-20 minutes after the first call, second call, or third call. I was able to walk to the nearest McDonald’s order my food, eat my food, and in between the first and second call. I proceeded to burn 32 percent of my battery trying to entertain myself in between calls trying to find where our ride was at. All in all we never received a ride and arrived at the wedding over a hour late. Legend has it that the cab is still out there trying to be located."
