"Great staff, super friendly and helpful with our new tractor."
"I give 5 stars but I've never bought a tractor from here. I gave 3 star 1 for polite service 1 for good service 1 for fair price on my lawn tractor repair price. I recommend"
"Been looking to buy a new tractor for sometime now. Was on my way home from picking up my boat from keysport and decided to swing by this place to get a quote and info on a particular model I have been interested in. My experience started out great, a friendly salesman named John greeted me and we started discussing options and capabilities I would want in my tractor. Then all of a sudden I hear the distinguished sound of metal on metal and turn to see that a Reichman employee (the owners son) has just knowing backed into my boat trailer and corner of the rear toon (no damages to the toon thank goodness). Immediately my heart sank but accidents happen so what can you do. But here is the part that pisses me off. This kid slams it into drive and peels out of there like a bat outta hell! A freaking hit and run in his John Deere logo plastered company truck! The salesman, who is the only one who actually sincerely apologizes during this entire event, goes to get the owner. Who comes out and looks at it and just says, " Yea get it fixed and send me a bill and I'll pay for it" Willing to do the right thing but not sure if he ever said sorry or not. About 10 minutes later, here comes the kid that hit my boat. He pulls up, gets out, walks up and I ask, "Did you realize that you hit my boat and trailer?" Him: Yea Me: So you just said screw it and sped off? Him: Well you guys were talking and I didn't want to interrupt. Me: ...... ...... ...... Seriously? Thankfully the salesman asked this moron to leave. He probably sensed that I was about to line this kid out like he so deserves. Moral of the story, teach your kids morals! To John the salesman, you were nice and I appreciate your help."
"Three or four closer John Deere dealers could not produce a needed part for a combine. This dealer could. Only negative is that they would not deliver part to local airport 15 minutes away to save me over 1 hour in drive time. It was a Saturday so perhaps short staffed was an issue, but it is mid harvest season and combines still break down on Saturdays."
"My lawn mower broke down and these people checked it out and told me that my transmission has gone bad and estimate for replacing it was quoted at $1,400. I had them deliver my lawn mower back. Found out that the problem was not with the transmission but the lever which engages the transmission and disengages it if you needed to push the lawnmower. I had a local guy looked at it and he said there's nothing wrong with my lawn mower except for the lever which got bent. They were just trying to rip me off. My lawn mower runs smooth and nice. I did have to add more transmission fluid. The one star I give them is for them straightening my lawn mowers lever, so I could push it far enough to engage the transmission."
