"I can not be more disappointed with a company. First off I was in an accident on a scooter and I was outta town so I tried getting factory shipped to me for my hemophilia. Which accidents for us can be fatal. And I called multiple time and finally got a call back 3 days later. Then recently they shipped my package to the wrong address after confirming it 3 times. Then when I got my medication the one package with my supplies was open they said they would send a new one. Ok then when reading me back my address after I just give it to them twice they still got it wrong. So I said I am going with someone else and now they have some guy blowing up my phone posing as a hemophiliac trying to get me to stay."
"If i could give negative stars, I would. I've been receiving an injection for years, every 28 days. It wasn't until my insurance switched to acaria (little over a year ago) that I've had issues getting my injection ordered and shipped on time. EVERY month I'm on the phone with a representative for 30-45 mins to get the injection shipped and nothing gets accomplished because they "cant reach the doctors office". I then have the responsibility of reaching out to my doctor's office to confirm information and have them reach out to the pharmacy to ensure I receive it. Once it's finally shipped, their "overnight" takes 3 days. This pharmacy is the absolute worst. Customer service is sub standard."
"About to be two months trying to fill my husband’s medication… Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I have no other option because it’s the only speciality pharmacy my insurance uses. Customer service reps are always lost & give different information each time. They are always “missing” something to complete the prescription."
"This is the worst company ever!!! They have customer services reps who all seem to work off of different scripts and provide different, and inaccurate information. Hold times are ridiculous. I'm waiting to have my prescription sent to a different pharmacy, however, they are slow and incompetent in even doing that. My next step is to call my MD and insurance company and have them fix this. If I could give negative stars, I would."
"Would give zero stars if I could. Absolute HORRIBLE pharmacy. Customer service is awful. Twice I have been told that medication would be sent, twice I have called to confirm and told it was shipped only to get to doctors office and NO medication. These people are dealing with peoples lives that medication is essential to their health. If you choose to use these people, buckle up for lying and total confusion. These people definitely need to be shut down. I will be filing a complaint with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy."
