"Walgreens Stafford TX. I am LIVID. I left the hospital and came to the store at W. Airport and S. Kirkwood. Although the hospital AND I VERIFIED the drugs I needed were urgently needed, we drove all the way there (not easy in Houston area) and the girl at the window said they would not be available until the next day. I HAVE NO WAY TO GET THE 2 URGENT MEDICATIONS. What's worse is the girl made no apology and clearly could care less. I never saw such a bad attitude. She needs to be replaced. I will never be back to ANY store in the area. There are hundreds of stores here! Go anywhere else. Anywhere else!!!!"

I have been coming here for years because the “regular” staff are genuinely nice and caring. Whenever I have tried refilling my scripts at other locations, there is always some type of “issue”. Yes, they do get busy and sometimes I do have to wait, but that’s expected, right? I always see Faheem, Mary, and Erica working very hard when they are tackling an increase of customer flow. The staff exhibits above and beyond spectacular customer service."
