"I've never had to use a service like GoodRx, but today I did. The woman pharmacist informed me they don't "take that". She said they have their own coupons they could use, but that price was DOUBLE what GoodRx was showing. After a quick call to the CVS a mile down the street, they said that is NOT the corporate policy and I should report them. I will never go back there."

"I’ve been prescribed the same medications for Over 10yrs and for some reason Each & Every Month the Pharmacist Zach and his fill ins on his days off give me a lecture about what meds my doctor prescribed. I’m repeatedly given misleading information concerning when my meds will be available so I have wasted copious amounts of gas and time going to the pharmacy for nothing. Pharmacist are not DOCTORS?! Why do I need to explain my diagnoses Every single month?! It’s degenerative it doesn’t get better. I’ve been a Nurse for over 20yrs now so I KNOW this isn’t how you Treat patients or for this matter customers. Please let the doctor handle my MEDICAL care and you simply Give what he PRESCRIBED. This is NOT rocket science"
