"Lost prescription that was sent over in the morning yesterday. Needed it for today. Called multiple times yesterday to ensure that it would be ready. Was told that they received what they needed from my doctor, but when I went to pick up, I was told that they had received a different medication from my doctor. Called my doctor and they have records of being sent yesterday morning at 9:00. The pharmacy tech tried to tell us that the system was down all day so they didn’t receive the request, but was not able to answer why they received the authorization for a different medication from my same doctor, and even argued with the nurse from my doctors office saying that they never received prescription. After spending like 2 hours getting this fixed, they told me that it was too late and that I could not get my prescription from them."

"This is the closest cvs store in our neighborhood but unfortunately the manager named Abas, ( I don’t know if I spelled the name right but I don’t care ) was the meanest person on earth. We went to the store to buy some make ups on sale as we were checking out, this monster was in the front talking to himself , it was too late before I realized that he was pertaining to me , my sister and my kids . I came back to ask for his name and before I even left he accused us that we have 7 different cvs cards which I don’t know where he has gotten from . I am calling customer service because his behavior is too unacceptable, I am just hoping that they will do something about it because this guy just humiliated us to the highest level ."
