"The man at the pharmacy drive thru was incredibly rude. I’ve had such positive experiences with everyone else the past years I’ve been coming. But the tall man helping me was snarky, unwilling to help, misinformed and disrespectful in front of my kids. My kids felt incredibly uncomfortable with how he was talking. I’d reassess keeping this staff member employed there as customer service isn’t something he should do if he is unwilling to help and treats people beyond poorly. I appreciate the lady pharmacist tech taking over after him as she was kind, efficient and helpful ."

"Zero stars. I looked around for assistance for almost half an hour while the clerk had an in depth conversation with a friend at the counter and the only other employee was watching videos on her phone. I was the only other person in the store but when I came up to the counter and interrupted and asked for help, I was told, "the self check-out is over there". I stood at the self checkout for another 10 minutes trying repeatedly to get it to work and still no offer for help. When the friend at checkout left, the clerk finally offered assistance. When I said that I just wanted to just pay and leave please, the clerk acted like I had some problem when I came in, telling me he could tell was having a bad day? I was happy when I got there and very upset when I left. If there is ANY other option to get what you need ANYWHERE else, do NOT go here."
