"This is the worst pharmacy and the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have clinical depression and have gone for over a week without my medication because they couldn’t find a record of the prescription, even though they filled it a month ago. Then, after they found it, they determined they needed a doctor approval even though my prescription bottle clearly says 1 refill available. Then they notified me it would be ready Monday, but when I went to get it is was not, and the pharmacy closed before filling the prescription. When I returned today, they told me they were still waiting on approval from my doctor to refill the prescription."

"Bad customer service in Pharmacy what ashamed. Called them several times had me on hold . Than requested store manager phone keep ringing no answer than called front store customer service no one picked up to at 10:30 . Well transfer to a Target CVS . Never will come back to this location . That star is not deserved either couldn’t change it ugh"

"Slowest drive thru in Houston. I believe they let customers sit at window to wait for their prescriptions to be filled. This is very unfair to those who call ahead! I really miss my old CVS at at Westheimer and Hillcroft."

"This was my first and last visit to this location. The workers tonight was very rude and heartless. I went to pick up my meds and I arrived before the pharmacy closed, but however, it was a car in front of me for at least 20 minutes and the pharmacy closed while I was waiting and they wouldn't let me get my meds. It was a black male named Willis told me that they have worked their ass off today and that I should've came inside if I wanted my medicine really bad. He was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. This is not an acceptable attitude, especially to be handling different people medication. I will be reaching out to higher authority."
