"I had gotten a prescription sent there on a Monday and when I showed up to receive it the person at the window said they see my prescription but they didn’t have it because it was a “compound medication and needed to get sent to them” I was like understandable..so should I check back later or…? The man just shrugged his shoulders & said “I guess” because I was in the drive through window and didn’t want to hold the line up I said ok and drove off. Later that same day it took me 30 minutes just to reach anyone on the phone to ask about it and received no answer in regards to medication being ready or anything. The next morning it took me over an hour to reach someone via phone lines and I was hung up on. Still no answer. I called that evening and spoke to a Jovan(I think that was his name) who gave me more clarity on the compound medication and was honestly the most helpful out of the whole ordeal. My dosage start date was sunday and each day I called I received no answer about status etc. I was told I would receive call backs etc and never received so much as an email. Moral of the story: my medication start date came and went with NO HELP & NO MEDICATION. I had my doctor send the medication to a different facility who fulfilled the prescription same day. WORST PHARMACY AND STAFF(expect the man who answered the phone twice on the evening shift). GO ELSEWHERE & DONT TRY CALLING- you’ll be on an endless hold then hung up on and have to call back only to be met with rude attitude."

"I arrived approx 9:10 am at the pharmacy drive-up to pick up prescriptions the Dr called in after my daughter's oral surgery. I was told it would be 20-30 minutes. I informed the staff that my daughter, who just had surgery was with me and would wait since she needed the antibiotics and pain meds. At 9:30 I went inside the store to pick up the prescription and was told it would be at least another 15-20 minutes. at 9:50 they informed me that they did not have the antibiotic prescribed. I asked if I could get at least one dose to give to my daughter and then to transfer to another pharmacy for me to pick up later in the day. They provided antibiotics for the day and the mouth rinse. I asked about the pain meds. I had to give them information again to look up the orders, waited a few more minutes and was given the ibuprofen. I asked about the Tylenol 3. They went back, looked it up again and said they have to wait for Dr. response prior to filling prescription. So after waiting almost an hour with a post surgical patient, I received 2 of 4 prescriptions. At 2:30 when I had not heard anything yet, I called the pharmacy the antibiotic was supposed to be transferred to, and they had not yet received the request. The Dr. office did not have any record of the Pharmacy contacting them. I had the Dr. re-send the prescription to the other pharmacy."

"Quickly becoming the "WORST" pharmacy. They never have anything in stock. Im always told "We have to order it". Longer and Longer wait times. Time to take my business elsewhere."

"I love coming to this CVS, but yesterday....I was not treated very well! I had a question about magnesium citrate, so I consulted the pharmacist. I wanted to know if it came in tablet form. She acted like I just asked the most ridiculous question ever! Not only did she say that it absolutely does not come in any other form but the liquid, but she did not consult me about the product. It does come in tablet form, but CVS doesn't carry it. She did not say that we do not carry the tablet form. She said it only comes in liquid form. Period. Rather than a consult, I got insulted as she walked away without even saying anything to make me feel like my consultation was over. I came home and googled the product and it does come in tablet form. I had a terrible experience with the product. I wish she would've warned me how incredibly 'well' this product works! She gave me zero effort and 100% 'You're bothering me' attitude. Then, the lady at the register made up for it all. What a pleasant person! Very, very sweet interaction with her!!!! I will not use this pharmacy while the 'unfriendly' one is there."

"I called on an item needed and the young man went to check if in stock. Philipe returned w/the price and description. I travel by this new store often and will make it a habit of shopping there because of his help!"
